For most of us the last few years have been very challenging. Our lives have been shaken by very poor decisions of our elected officials. It is time that our governments honor the values that made this country great – personal freedom and responsibility, the necessity of living within our means, the importance of advancing one’s interests through hard work and honest effort rather than through political connections and patronage handouts, and the willingness to help a neighbor in need without waiting for the state to do something.
